Since this is going to be my last post for two weeks (I'll be on a missions trip) I figured I would do something special. So here is my new dress that my orchestra is wearing for their upcoming concert. My only complaint is that I wish it had sleeves. The colour is beautiful!
See ya'll in two weeks!!!!!!!

I begin this post with a picture...
...Just a random shot of my hair.
I got a new dress on Wednesday, so I'll post a picture of it soon!
A good character really makes a good story.
And, while we're on the subject, who here is planning to watch The Hunger Games movie when it comes out? I'm still undecided... I guess I'll wait to see the reviews. Ah well. Whether I watch it or not I can enjoy looking at the pictures, no? :)
Foxface is going to be pretty gorgeous. They chose this girl for her character.
Haymitch is going to be interesting...
At least they chose a good actor.
It moves!!! :P So the actor they chose for Peeta is PERFECT-O.
I will now end this post with the best... because you should always save the best for last.
This quote is gorgeous and perfect and amazing. Yeah. See for yourself. I'm embarrassed to say it took me a couple minutes to get.

There are some very wonderful characters in this world.
Anne Shirley, from Anne of Green Gables, my all time favourite. Who can resist her?
Laurie Lawrence from Little Women. Just sayin'.
Rapunzel from Tangled.
Marie, from a West Side Story.
This guy. The alleged Doctor from the TV show Doctor Who.
Hiccup and Astrid from How To Train Your Dragon (anyone here tried to read the books??? They aren't so good...)
Katniss from The Hunger Games.

I've been feeling this sudden urge to blog post again. I don't know why, but it's lovely. :) My blog has been sadly neglected.
My sister bought this book from a used book store... it looks interesting...
I spent the afternoon with a lovely girl. She can carry intelligent conversations, she's really sweet, she's gorgeous, and she's just over all awesome. And she has good advice. We had meringues and hot chocolate on a tray in my room and talked a lot.
My rabbit is doing well. Although sometimes I do wonder about her.
I'm currently reading...
What have you been up to? No good, I'll bet. :)

My family is leaving for a two week long missions trip next Friday. This time next week I will have been in the car for about... eight hours. It's a looooong drive. But I do prefer driving to flying.
So, I've been preparing for the long hours in the car. I've bought myself two books:
I wanted this book, but I couldn't afford it. Ah well...
Tonight I may just be watching a musical called a Westside Story. Apparently it's really sad and all the characters die. But I want to watch it because my orchestra is performing it and it's a really boring and hard song, so I figure if I know the songs in context, I'll enjoy it more.
Have any of you seen it?

i've read one book by this author before. let's just say I saw the title, saw that it was on sale, and knew that i needed it. my sis wanted it so bad she offered to help pay. |
an on-sale historical romance about an extraordinary violinist who has the first chair position in her orchestra. what could be better? :) |
