A New Addition To Our Family

I bought a bunny!!!!!! It is so adorable!

It's a 'she,' and her name is Annabelle, or, Belle, for short.

Thank you, Belle, for being the most adorable bunny to ever walk the planet.

My sister got a bunny as well. Her name is not yet determined, but for now, we're all calling her Bridget.

Life Right Now

I have been very bad at keeping up my blog, but I've been busy. Really I have. :)

So bear with me as I try to post more.

Anyways.

Yesterday my family and I went to some people from church's house for a barbecue. It was lots of fun! They have an amazing backyard and their house isn't so bad, either. All of us got into their pool and swam around for a while and then had dinner. Afterwards, one of the boys took my brother, my sister, and I to see his pet alpaca. Then we sat around and had dessert and talked.

So that's one thing I've done.

I've done a little bit of school as well.

Oh, and I'm leaving on Thursday until Sunday, so don't expect any posts during those days.

On Saturday I went to the fair - that was tons of fun! :)

And drinking orange juice with a twisty straw from my special cup while watching Pride and Prejudice on YouTube is always fun, too!

Okay, I just found out yesterday that a movie that I very much need to see is coming out. Are you ready for this??????

The Adventures of Tintin.

It comes out December 23, 2011, and I don't think I can wait! I've always loved reading about Tintin. Everyone needs an adventurous, treasure-hunting-type story once in a while! :)

If I were an instrument I'd be a violin.

I can be so forgetful sometimes...

I went into the basement of my house to get my Bible the other day and I started playing piano and completely forgot why I was there.

Then, this morning, I went into my room to clean it and started typing on my novel. Again forgetting my original purpose.

Ah well.

Anyways, I have been quite busy of late. Yesterday I had a friend over and we baked and played Wii together. I don't actually like Wii that much, but when I'm playing with a friend, I do like it.

I especially like playing Wii with that particular friend because she gets very into it. :)

And we baked blueberry oat bars. YUM. They were so, so, so, so good!!!

I also went to a friend's birthday party. She turned fifteen (happy birthday, friend whose name I cannot name!). We played Cowboys and Indians in the woods on their property (they live on a farm) and we made beads out of paper and we made bracelets. And we ate cake.

I have also been working on a novel. It's going fairly well, though I tend to get a bit unrealistic in my novels, which bothered one of my friends. But I brought it back on track at the end, so she was satisfied. In her words, "Very good! XD"

She told me that via email, by the way. Hence the "XD." ;)

Just finished reading a very awesome book called The Centurion's Wife by Davis Bunn and Janette Oke.

Highly recommend it.

And I have been doing some yard work.

Tonight someone is coming for dinner, tomorrow I'm going to the park with a friend and her family for a barbecue.

So that about sums up what I have been doing.
